History

John Quatrini acquired his real estate license and began selling Commercial Real Estate in 1995, after retiring from the Business Brokerage Industry selling businesses. The specialty of selling church properties started when the church he attended asked him to join the building committee to work on the church’s expansion plans.  John was selected as the realtor to represent the acquisition of a larger property to accommodate the church's growth. John was influential in altering the 2-year limited zoning moratorium on churches in the City of Scottsdale I-1 Zoning district. This opened the door to allowing churches to purchase non-standard church properties which opened the door to more property opportunities for church occupancy and ownership.  He then continued in the church property specialty his entire career.

In 2010, Suzanne Enright joined Arizona Church Broker and Shell Commercial and partnered with John Quatrini to specialize in church property leasing and sales.

    John Quatrini is a Licensed Associate Broker who has been happily married to his wife, Sherri, for 40 years. Together, they have two grown children. John has also held numerous leadership positions as a dedicated member of their church, Church for the Nations.

  • Suzanne Enright

    Licensed Agent and Senior Associate

    Suzanne Enright is a Licensed Agent and Senior Associate, married to the love of her life, Bob, for 30 years. They attend Spirit of Faith Family Church together, where they are active and engaged in their faith community.

Together, John & Suzanne have over 36 years of experience specializing in church real estate throughout the state of Arizona. They have $ 2 Billion in Commercial Property sale closings and completed over 30,000,000 square feet of Education, Industrial, Office Medical, Retail, Religious buildings and Land transactions.  

They have represented and interacted with various denominations and organizations including multiple religious and financial organizations, nonprofit lenders, and credit unions.
