How much do you charge?

Our rate is commission-based based, and we do not get paid until a successful lease or purchase contract is executed.  We charge a percentage of the sale/lease price. Our commission is normally paid by the seller/landlord, and we only get paid if the deal closes. The commission rate varies slightly depending on the property and size of the transaction. 

How long does selling or buying a church take?
