Once we review, we will schedule an in-person meeting with you.
Evaluate Capital requirements and financial pre-qualification.
After evaluating short and long-term goals, available capital, fundraising, and financing sources, if necessary, we will recommend whether buying vs. leasing is the correct course of action.
We will assemble available properties that meet your facility requirements, timing, and programming goals.
After we assemble market data and available options, we will schedule our property presentation meeting.
Once we discuss and narrow the potential options we will schedule in-person facility tours to evaluate which properties suit your needs.
After in-person physical tours we will finalize the top three options if we have as many to choose from.
Submit Letters of Intent on your behalf.
Submit credit and financial statements for Seller or Landlord's approval.
Negotiate business terms and conditions to arrive at agreeable terms.
Prepare a Purchase or Lease agreement.
Have an attorney review the agreement for amicable legal terms and conditions.
Negotiate language comments or modifications to both parties' satisfaction.
Execute lease or purchase agreement.
If purchase conduct due diligence during the feasibility period and close escrow.
